"I have had horrible teeth my whole life and about 7 years ago they started breaking off. I have been to many many dentists through my life, but when I made the call to Floyd Simon's office I figured just another call.. they can't see me, they can't get me in..don't except my dental coverage or we will have to send you somewhere else. Yes, I've heard it all but not that day. I heard when can you come in? An appointment was made immediately. He had to pull 10 teeth. I was so scared, but I went for it and let me tell you. I did not choose to use the gas. He just numbed me. My pain level through healing was around a 2 in between waiting for meds to kick in. He saw me once a week until it was time to do my impressions for my dentures. They are done now and today I was fitted with a pre denture. I love love love them. I cried a little. Next week I get my full upper. I cannot wait. He is amazing. Best I've ever been to. Talked me through everything and all of the lady's are so friendly. Wonderful group of people. I never expected when I made that call that day this would be so easy and painless considering. The whole staff has truly showed they care. Thank you all so much. This is something I've waited a long time for and y'all have truly made what I thought was never going to happen he made it happen. Can't wait for my new smile.
